BEHIND THE SCENES

An evening family walk surrounded by three super-curious girls. Right in front of me: a 5-meter drop to the stone beach. Luckily, Mother Nature has served a still wind and hazy horizon, that leave me no other option than to immediately capture the moment.

“A 40-minute ferry ride takes us to this remote island in Lillebælt off the coast of Fyn. From 1223-1226, .King Valdemar Sejr was held captive here. Epidemics and looting left the island empty in the 15th century.

I’m so thrilled that this project has led me here with my family. Our plans are to stay out of trouble.”
