BEHIND THE SCENES

This early morning began with the most beautiful pre-sunrise. I hear the sound of a tiny motorboat chugging along the coast towards me.

Scanning the horizon in search of the right moment, I remind myself … “no repeats.” Soundscape aside, I feel unsure of what awaits me over the next few hours. A feeling of it being “too familiar” quietly urges me to make a shift.

“Making my way home, a heavy fog rolled in parallel with the rising sun – thick as a wall when I pass the Lillebælt Bridge.

Slowly (and somewhat spontaneously), I make my way to the edge of the water. Funnily enough, I find myself at the location with the narrowest body of water in the project to date ... and I cannot see a thing.”
