Paperwork in place, I arrive at Sprogø for my scheduled appointment. Never before have I worked in such gale force winds. I feel the stir of adventure.

“I move out and away from the protective hills – exposed on the flat, open portion of the island. Looking due South, breaking waves crash upon the shore. In their wake …foam spray leaps for the sky.

This is a highly unusual situation. The wind knocks over the camera; my mind makes a note that it’s time to leave. Sprogø gets the last word.”
