I have fallen deeply in love with these small islands. From the project’s perspective – depending on weather conditions –there are usually several options for me to work with. Adventures into remoteness.

“I’m working my way from the ferry towards the southern tip of the island. It is an ideal location, with strong southerly winds and the sun coming from the south.

“A harsh sun dominates the sky; fast-moving clouds seem to pull a gauze-like filter over the sharpest rays. The fleeting light is both hard AND soft.”

”I return with magic in my bag and a smile on my face.”
