Here we have the most beautiful forest. Elevated. Hills slanting right down to the water. The density of the vegetation creates the most thrilling light – making the trunks and forest bottom textural and delicious. Lillebælt continues to impress me.

“Early is ‘seriously early’ this time of year. I unpack my camera and prepare for sunrise. Without being too technical, I discover that the shutter is broken. OK. This place is not the worst to have to return to. My only option to shoot is to manually hold an object in front of the lens, remove it and count … then place the object back in front of the lens.”
